Registration of a Religious Corporation

All churches and religious corporations in Sussex County must register with the Clerk’s Office.

 

What you must do

Appear in person at the Clerk’s Office or submit document via mail to 83 Spring St., Suite 304, Newton, NJ 07860.

 

What you must bring

Document drafted pursuant to N.J.R.S. TITLE 16.

 

What it will cost

$25.00 for the first page, $5 for each additional page, payable by cash, US Postal money order, or certified check.
