Candidate Nominating Petitions for all County Offices (Freeholder, Clerk, Sheriff, and Surrogate), as well as for Independent and State Committee candidates seeking office, are available through the County Clerk’s Office. Persons considering candidacy can download the petition, or pick one up in person at the Clerk’s Office.

Any candidate who has filed a nominating petition shall file with the Office of the Clerk copies of his/her New Jersey Election Law Enforcement Commission Reports. These reports contain information concerning contributions and disbursements of that particular candidate’s campaign. Refer to 2009 Election Dates for pertinent election and campaign reporting dates.
