The following candidate nominating petitions are available from the County Clerk's Office:
1. All County Offices (Freeholder, Clerk, Sheriff, and Surrogate)
2. Independent candidates for county or municipal office
3. State Committee
4. Member of School Board [where the School District holds its annual school election in November]

Any candidate who has filed a nominating petition shall file with the Office of the Clerk copies of his/her New Jersey Election Law Enforcement Commission Reports. These reports contain information concerning contributions and disbursements of that particular candidate’s campaign. Refer to Election Dates/Reports for pertinent election and campaign reporting dates.
